The 2019 Feel Good Challenge

Mirror, mirror, on the wall, who's the most creative, fun or mindful of them all?  Is it you? Take part in this thirty day challenge to see if you can cultivate more lightheartedness, peace and zen into your next month.

The beginning of a new year is a natural time to reflect. We look back upon the year that we had, and begin to think about the year to come. I've never been a big believer of New Year's resolutions, but rather, I consider each and every day a new beginning, perpetual opportunities to start anew, forge ahead, or even double back. The sometimes meandering and winding journey is arguably the entire point, and if you'd like to foster more creativity, fun and mindfulness in your life for the journey ahead, you will probably enjoy the following challenge I've crafted below.

See if you can achieve at least twenty-five of the following thirty items over the next thirty days. You could incentivise the challenge by rewarding yourself with some sort of treat or gift, grand or small, if you hit the target of 25. 

Go and mark your calendars for thirty days from today, print this list and take part in this challenge to invite a little more flair and lightheartedness into the first month of the year.
