A steady flow class to wake up the body and the energetic system - to get you ready for the day ahead.
10:45-11:50 Parent and Baby Yoga
Baby yoga classes help to nurture parent and baby interaction through massages, movement, and fun low-impact stretches.
The friendly sessions feature plenty of singing, rhyming, and games to help parents and little yogis bond, get active and make new friends.
12.15-13:15 - Chakra Flow Yoga
Open up a whole new dimension to your yoga practice. We'll work with the chakras (energy centres) on a practical level to really enhance your mental, physical, and energetic health and wellbeing. From the outside, this looks like a typical flow class, but from the inside, it feels like a tangible holistic transformation week on week.
18:15-19:15 - Flow to Restore
Expect a soulful vinyasa class designed to build gentle strength and flexibility in the body and calm your mind. End with blissful restorative postures designed to completely unwind you from your working day and drop you into profound relaxation.
19:30-20:30 - Yin
Long holds, meditative awareness, therapeutic energetic applications. Yin is a great class to improve mobility and restore the mind and nervous system
