Balance Garden are pleased to be facilitating Meditation for Mental Health at the Dragon Cafe in the City (at the Shoe Lane Library). It's free to attend and is open to everyone. The class will focus on equipping you with techniques to manage stress and anxiety and you don’t need previous experience, just an open mind!

Located in Shoe Lane Library, Dragon Café in the City offers a range of free activities and events (many hosted by Balance Garden) to promote and support mental wellbeing. Dragon Café in the City also provides an open, quiet and calm environment, to reflect or to practice mindfulness on your own - A space to look after your own wellbeing – mind, body, and soul.
